David L. Skilling
David L. Skilling
Mr. David Skilling is a native Californian whose “real-world” perspective includes construction, real estate, and small business development experience. While attending California Western School of Law, he won the prestigious San Diego Defense Lawyer’s Trial Competition and the American Association for Justice Regional Mock Trial Competition. In a rare accomplishment, Mr. Skilling won his first civil trial while still in law school. Since that time, he has served as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials. His litigation and trial work has pitted him against some of the biggest companies in the world, such as Microsoft and Chevron, as well as large municipalities and government agencies.
