Matthew J. Faust

Mr. Matthew J. Faust has practiced at Gaston & Gaston since 2007. Since joining the firm, Mr. Faust has appeared in both trial and appellate level courts. In trial courts, Mr. Faust has managed numerous cases from pre-filing to trial. Indeed, Mr. Faust has sat as “first chair” in a number of trials in front of judges, juries, and arbitrators. In his trial practice, Mr. Faust represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Since 2007, Mr. Faust has obtained judgments and awards in excess of $ 1.5 million while representing plaintiffs. While representing defendants, Mr. Faust has obtained dismissals prior to trial for many clients. In both instances, Mr. Faust has achieved success on many motions for summary judgment. He is licensed to appear in all courts in the States of California and Wisconsin. His practice includes intellectual property, business, and real estate litigation. Mr. Faust earned his juris doctor from Marquette University School of Law.
