Timothy O’Leary
Mr. Timothy J. O’Leary has been a litigation associate at Gaston & Gaston since his admission to the California Bar in 2010. He focuses his practice on labor & employment, intellectual property, and business litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. O’Leary earned the title of “Certified Sommelier” by the Court of Master Sommeliers and traveled throughout the world developing his knowledge of wine and the service industry.
